متطلبات تحضير طلب النشر

كجزء من عملية تقديم طلب النشر، على المؤلفين التأكد من كون طلباتهم مستوفية لجميع الفقرات الآتية، وعليه، فقد تُرد الطلبات التي لا تلبي تلك الضوابط.
  • هذا المؤلَّف لم يسبق له النشر، ولم يُعرض على مجلة علمية أخرى للنظر فيه (أو هناك توضيح بشأن هذا الأمر مقدم إلى هيئة التحرير في خانة التعليقات).
  • ملف التقديم هو بإحدى الصيغ الآتية: Microsoft Word
  • فقرات النص ذات تباعد مفرد للأسطر، بحجم خط (12) نقطة، تم فيه استعمال الخط المائل بدلاً عن الخط التحتاني (باستثناء عناوين الروابط)، وجميع الرسوم والأشكال والجداول متوضعة ضمن النص المتعلق بها عوضاً عن تجميعها في نهاية الملف.
  • إن نص المؤلَّف مقيد بالمتطلبات النمطية والأسلوبية الواردة في دليل المؤلِّف، الموجود في النص التعريفي بالمجلة ضمن هذا الموقع.
  • أن لا تزيد نسبة الاقتباس في البحث عن 20%

إرشادات المؤلف

AUTHOR GUIDELINES

  1. Format Guide for Authors:

    A. Manuscript
    1- Authors must submit their manuscripts through the electronic system.

    2- The manuscript should not be more than 30 double-spaced, 14 Simplified Arabic for Arabic, and 12 Times New Roman for English, pages (8½ x 11). A4 page setting should be used and numbers should be placed at the bottom of the page.

    3- Author(s) name(s), (first, middle initial and last) should be listed on the first page under the title with full contact information; i.e. affiliation, address, telephone, fax and e-mail address.

    4- Abstract:
    An abstract of no more than 200 words in Arabic and English as well as a list of up to 6 keywords should accompany the manuscript.

    5- Language:
    Words that might be interpreted as discriminant to gender, ethnicity of other groups, religion and color should be avoided.

    6- Research instruments:
    Because of space limitations, questionnaires and other research instruments may sometimes not be fully reproduced in the published paper. When not fully reproduced, a note must be inserted in the text of the paper indicating the address at which copies of the complete instruments are available.

    7- Text:
    Follow this order when typing manuscripts: Title, Authors, Affiliations, Abstract, Keywords, Main text, Acknowledgements, Appendices, References, Vitae, Figure Captions and then Tables. The corresponding author should be identified with an asterisk and footnote. All other footnotes (except for table footnotes) should be identified with subscript Arabic numerals.

    8- References:
    References should be listed in an alphabetical order at the end of the article or research note. This list should include only works that have been cited.

Order Alphabetize references by the last name of a sole author, a first author, or an editor, or by the name of a corporate author (for instance, U.S. Census Bureau) or periodical (such as the Academy of Management Journal). If there is no authoring or editing person(s), order works by an identical author by the year of publication, listing the earliest first. If the years of publication are the same, differentiate entries by adding small letters (“a,” “b,”… etc.) after the years. Repeat the author’s name for each entry.

Books. Follow this form: Last names, Initials (separated by a space), Year, Title (boldface italic, capitalize only the first letter of the first word and of the first word after a long dash or colon), City where published: Name of publisher. Examples:
Schermerhorn , J .R . 2002. Management. New York: John Wiley & sons, Inc.
Johnson, G., & Scholes, K. 1999. Exploring Corporate Strategy. London: Prentice-Hall.
Department of Statistics.2003. Statistical Yearbook. Amman: Department of Statistics.

Periodicals.
Follow this form: Author’s last name, Initials, Year, Title (Regular type; same single-capital rule as for books). Name of Periodical (boldface italic, title style capitalization), volume number
(issue number, if needed) (see below): page numbers. Examples:
Druskat, V.U. (2003). Managing from the Boundary: The Effective Leadership of Self Managing Work Teams. The Academy of Management Journal Periodicals, 46:435-457.

Chapters in Books:
Follow this form : Authors last name, Initials, Year, Title of Chapter. In Editors’ initials and last names (Eds.) Title of book: Page numbers, city (same rules as above): publisher. Examples:
Makhamreh, M. 2001.Corporate Performance in Jordan: A Macro Analysis. In, H.Elsaid and K.Becker (Eds.), Management and International Business Issues in Jordan (pp 1-25). London: The Haworth Press, Inc.

Unpublished works:
These include working papers, dissertations, and papers presented at meetings . Examples:
Smith, M. H.1980. A Multidimensional Approach to Individual Differences in Empathy. Unpublished Doctoral Dissertation, University of Texas, Austin, Texas.
B. Submission:
The author(s) must submit an electronic copy of the amended manuscript via the electronic system.
