Journal Policies on Data Sharing

Jordan Journal of Economic Sciences (JJES) supports transparency and open scientific exchange. Authors are encouraged to make the data underlying their research findings available where appropriate.

Data sharing should comply with applicable ethical, legal, and privacy requirements. Where such considerations restrict public data deposition, authors are expected to state the reason for the restriction and indicate whether the data are available upon reasonable request.

In cases where data cannot be made publicly accessible due to privacy, confidentiality, or ethical constraints, the corresponding author should be prepared to provide the data upon request, subject to applicable approvals.

For research involving third-party data, access may be subject to authorization from the data owner. Authors must clearly state any availability restrictions and the conditions under which access may be granted.
