أثر الحد الأدنى للأجور على الصادرات الصناعية في الأردن

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر الحدّ الأدنى للأجور على الصادرات الصناعية في الأردن للمدة الزمنية (1999-2016)، وذلك باستخدام بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية. وفي ضوء النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة، فان الصادرات الصناعية تتحدد نتيجة مجموعة من العوامل، فالحد الأدنى للأجور ليس واحدًا منها بالتالي فإن زيادة الحد الأدنى للأجور لا يؤثر على الصادرات الصناعية في الأردن. وخلصت الدراسة إلى بعض التوصيات منها إعادة النظر الفعلي في الحد الأدنى للأجور لطالما قيمة الحد الأدنى للأجور منخفضة بالنسبة إلى متوسط الأجور السائدة في كل القطاعات الاقتصادية، فرفع الحد الأدنى للأجور، وقد يمثل خطوة لإصلاح سوق العمل لدى الأردنيين وزيادة إقبالهم على مهن غير مرغوبة دون أن يؤثر سلبياً على الصادرات الصناعية.
