العلاقاتُ التجاريَّة بين مملكةِ أراغون والدولةِ الحفصيَّة في عهد الملكِ خايمي الثاني (689-727ه/1291-1327م) في ضَوءِ معاهدات الصلحِ بين الطرفَيْن: دراسة وثائقيَّة

تهدف هذه الدراسةُ إلى تسليط الضَّوء على العلاقات التجاريَّة بين مملكة أراغون والدولة الحفصيَّة في عهد الملك خايمي الثاني (689-727ه/1291-1327م) في ضَوء معاهدات الصلح بين الطرفين، والرسائل الدبلوماسية المتبادلة بينهما، وما تضمنته تلك المعاهدات من موادَّ تنظِّمُ العلاقاتِ التجاريَّةَ بين الدولتين، مع إبراز المحاورِ الرئيسة في موضوع البحث: الأمنِ والأمانِ اللَّذيْن تمتع بهما التجار، والضرائب الجمركية، وإقامة التجار، والصادرات والواردات، والقضاء بين التجار. وخلصت الدراسةُ إلى مجموعة من النتائج، منها: وفَّرتِ الدولتان الأراغونية والحفصيَّة الأمنَ والأمان للتجار في البحر المتوسط وموانئ الدولتين من خلال معاهدات الصلح وتحديد مكان إقامة التجار في الفندق. وكان الديوانُ البحري هو المؤسسةُ الإدارية والمالية في الموانئ، وهو يشرف على العمليات التجاريَّة، وتحصيل الضرائب الجمركية.
