The study aims to reveal the status of community partnership activation between schools and local community institutions from the perspective of public-school principals in the Al-Salt Directorate of Education in Jordan. The researcher used a descriptive survey methodology, and the study population included all public-school principals in the Al-Salt Directorate, totaling 114 principals. To achieve the study's objectives, the researcher developed a questionnaire and validated its reliability and validity. The questionnaire was then distributed to the sample participants. The results showed that the status of community partnership activation between schools and local community institutions, from the perspective of public-school principals in the Al-Salt Directorate, was high. Specifically, the results indicated that the status of partnership activation in the vision and general goals of the educational process between schools and local community institutions was high. However, the status of partnership activation in providing financial support, administrative affairs, and consultations between schools and local community institutions was moderate. The researcher recommended enhancing awareness of the importance of community partnership between schools and the local community among school principals through organizing workshops and training sessions on how to activate and manage community partnerships.
