الملخص

مقدمة: تنتشر نباتات Olea europaea (OeP) و Cynara scolymus (CsP) بشكل شائع في منطقة البحر الأبيض المتوسط، بما في ذلك الجزائر، وتستخدم تقليديًا لعلاج أمراض مختلفة، بما في ذلك اضطراب دهون الدم.

الهدف: استكشاف نشاط إنزيم الليسيثين-كوليسترول أسيليترانزفيراز (LCAT) في أوراق OeP و CsP باستخدام نموذج حيواني اضطراب دهون الدم ناتج عن نظام غذائي مسبب لفرط كوليسترول الدم في الفئران.
