آراء المجتمع والعوامل المرتبطة بها تجاه الدور المحتمل لصيادلة المجتمع في تقديم خدمات الرعاية النفسية: دراسة مقطعية في الأردن

الخلفية: تشير نتائج العديد من الدراسات العالمية إلى الفوائد الكبيرة المرجوة من دمج صيادلة المجتمع في تقديم خدمات الرعاية النفسية وذلك للمساهمة الفعّالة في علاج الاضطرابات النفسية والتقليل من العبء الاجتماعي والاقتصادي الكبير لها.
الأهداف: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى إعطاء تصوّر أولي وتحديد العوامل الديموغرافية المرتبطة والمواقف والتجارب السابقة لدى المجتمع الأردني تجاه دور صيادلة المجتمع في تقديم خدمات دعم الصحة النفسية.
الطرق: أجريت الدراسة من خلال استبانة عبر الإنترنت تتكوّن من ثلاثة محاور رئيسية: (1) العوامل الديموغرافية، (2) المواقف والتجارب السابقة فيما يتعلق بالأمراض والاضطرابات النفسية والعقلية، و(3) المواقف تجاه الدور المحتمل لصيادلة المجتمع في الرعاية الصحية النفسية، وشارك في الدراسة ما مجموعه 1042 بالغًا.
النتائج: تبيّن نتائج الدراسة ارتفاع معدل انتشار الأمراض والاضطرابات النفسية حيث أبلغ 23.8% من المشاركين بأنهم يعانون من مرض أو اضطراب نفسي و20.6% من المشاركين تم وصف دواء لهم. وقد كانت هذه المعدلات أعلى لدى المشاركين الذكور (OR: 1.59, P<0.01) والأفراد الذين ليس لديهم تأمين صحي (OR: 1.71, P<0.01) وكذلك ذوي الدخل (P<0.05) والمستوى التعليمي (P<0.01) المنخفض. ولوحظ أيضًا وجود درجة عالية من الوصمة الاجتماعية والخجل فيما يتعلق بالاضطرابات والأمراض النفسية والعقلية (30.4%)، بدرجة خاصة لدى الأفراد من ذوي الدخل المنخفض (P<0.05)، وبأن 26.5% من المشاركين لا يعلمون الى أين يتجهون للحصول على الرعاية النفسية، خاصة لدى الأفراد من ذوي المستوى التعليمي المنخفض (P<0.05) والأفراد الذين ليس لديهم تأمين صحي (OR: 1.82, P<0.01). وبشكل عام، يدعم معظم المشاركين فكرة تقديم الرعاية الصحية النفسية من قبل صيادلة المجتمع (80.1%)، و65.1% من المشاركين أبلغوا بأنهم لن يشعروا بالخجل من الحديث مع الصيادلة، و60.8% يعتقدون أن صيدليات المجتمع توفر ما يكفي من الخصوصية، و87.9% يثقون بنصائح الصيادلة و63.6% يعتقدون بأن الصيادلة مؤهلون لتقديم خدمات الرعاية النفسية، و69.6% يؤمنون بدور الصيادلة الفعّال في إدارة الأمراض والاضطرابات النفسية والعقلية، و82.7% يؤمنون أن دور الصيادلة لا يقتصر على صرف الأدوية فقط. وتوضح النتائج بأن الإناث (P<0.05)، والأفراد الأصغر سنا (P<0.05)، والأفراد العاطلون عن العمل (P<0.01)، وذوو المستوى التعليمي المنخفض (P<0.01)، وأولئك الذين وصف لهم دواء لعلاج مرض أو اضراب نفسي أو عقلي (P<0.05)، قد كانت الفئات الأعلى في دعم الدور المحتمل لصيادلة المجتمع في تقديم خدمات الرعاية النفسية.
الخاتمة: تشير هذه الدراسة الى وجود درجة عالية من القبول العام لدى المجتمع الأردني لدمج صيادلة المجتمع في الرعاية الصحية النفسية، وحددت الدراسة العديد من العوامل المختلفة التي يجب أخذها بعين الاعتبار لرفع مستوى الوعي المجتمعي وتعزيز دور الصيادلة في الرعاية الصحية النفسية.
