العوامل المؤثرة على مؤشرات الرفاهية الاقتصادية: مؤشر التنمية البشرية في دول عربية مختارة

الأهداف: هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل تأثير عدد من العوامل المتمثلة في العولمة والفساد والاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة والإنفاق الحكومي على الرفاهية الاقتصادية في بعض الدول العربية ، باستخدام مؤشر التنمية البشرية الصادر عن برنامج الأمم المتحدة الإنمائي UNDP ، بحيث شملت هذه الدول كلاً من مصر والجزائر والسودان والعراق والمغرب واليمن والأردن وتونس وموريتانيا وجيبوتي وجزر القمر ولبنان، للفترة الزمنية 2009 -2019.
المنهجية: تم تحليل نموذج الدراسة وفق بيانات السلاسل الزمنية المقطعية (Panel data) باستخدام تحليل انحدار المربعات الصغرى المعممة الممكنة (FGLS)، حيث تم إجراء العديد من الاختبارات اللازمة لتحديد طريقة التقدير القياسي المناسبة.
النتائج: أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أنّ العولمة أدت إلى تحسين مستويات الرفاهية، كما بينت النتائج أنّ مؤشر الفساد يقلل من مستويات الرفاهية، في حين أنّ الاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة لا تظهر علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية مع مؤشر التنمية البشرية خلال الفترة الزمنية المختارة، بينما تؤكد النتائج أنّ الإنفاق الحكومي يؤثر طردياً على تحسين مستويات الرفاهية في هذه الدول.
الخلاصة: أوصت الدراسة بضرورة محاربة الفساد من خلال إبعاد سيطرة أصحاب النفوذ عن السلطة والمراكز الحكومية الفعالة، بالإضافة إلى ضرورة تعزيز محفزات العولمة من خلال تسهيل عمليات الاتصال والتواصل الدولية الخارجية وتيسير إجراءات التأشيرات والدخول والخروج من الدولة، ودعم الانفتاح التجاري.
